Terms of use for the SIPdia apps: what SIPdia does and does not provide, your account, subscriptions through the App Store, and limits of liability.
Status
These terms were drafted by the SIPdia team and are pending legal review before launch. They are not legal advice.Last updated 8 November 2026
These terms apply to the SIPdia apps for iPhone, iPad and Mac, made by SpaGreen Creative. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) also applies.
SIPdia is a SIP phone. It connects to SIP servers you choose, run by your phone provider or your organization. We don't provide phone service, phone numbers or emergency calling. Calls to emergency numbers may not work; use your mobile phone for emergencies.
You need a SIPdia account, made by signing in with Apple or Google. Don't use SIPdia to break the law or to disrupt other people's systems. We may turn off accounts used that way.
SIPdia is provided as is. Call quality depends on your network and your SIP server. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for missed or failed calls or for charges from your phone provider.
If these terms change, the new version will appear on this page.
