SIPdia registers as an ordinary extension on the PBX you already run, so staff keep their number, transfers and voicemail wherever they work.

Replace or supplement desk phones with the Macs and iPhones people already own. One PBX, extensions everywhere, calls transferred between colleagues as usual.
Staff register from home or a hotel over TLS and SRTP. STUN and ICE handle home routers. Forwarding set at the PBX catches calls when a laptop is closed.
Standards-based SIP, documented account fields, DNS SRV, outbound proxy, auth username, and detailed SIP logs users can share when something fails.
Hosted PBX or SIP trunk with user accounts? SIPdia registers like any SIP endpoint, with several accounts in one app for people who cover more than one line.
So you can plan around it rather than find out later.

Not today. SIPdia has no provisioning server or device management. Each person enters the server, extension and password, or IT does it with them. Document your PBX settings once and share them.
No. SIPdia Premium is an Apple in-app purchase per Apple Account. Apple Business Manager volume purchasing does not cover in-app subscriptions.
If the service accepts standard SIP registration over UDP, TCP or TLS with G.711 or Opus, it should. Issabel setup is documented; general guides exist for Asterisk, FreePBX and SIP trunks. Test with one extension first.
Not yet. The app must be open; it unregisters about 20 seconds after leaving the foreground. Set the PBX to forward unanswered calls to a mobile number or voicemail, or use a desk phone alongside.
No. SIP accounts, passwords, call history and recordings stay on the device. SIPdia's server keeps the sign-in (name, email, account ID), basic device details for subscription support, and the contacts people save in SIPdia, so those sync across their devices. See the privacy policy.
Not at the moment. Use the contact page; details will be published there once confirmed.
Bring the SIP account you already have. The Mac and iPhone apps are in release preparation; download links appear on the download page when each release is live.
