SIPdia is a phone app for SIP accounts on iPhone, iPad and Mac, made by SpaGreen Creative. To use it, you sign in with Apple or Google. We keep your account, your subscription status, basic details of the devices you use SIPdia on, and the contacts you save in SIPdia, so they are on all your devices. Your SIP accounts, passwords, calls, call history and recordings stay on your devices. The app contains no analytics, advertising or tracking.
You sign in with Apple or Google. The sign-in runs on Firebase Authentication, a Google service we use. It receives and keeps your name, your email address and an account ID from Apple or Google, so you can sign in again later. If you choose Hide My Email with Apple, it gets a relay address instead of your email address. Google's privacy policy covers Firebase.
Our server keeps the same account ID, name and email address, the sign-in method and when you joined and last used the app.
The contacts you save in SIPdia are kept on our server with your account, so they appear on every iPhone, iPad and Mac where you sign in to SIPdia. For each contact this is the name, company, phone numbers, email addresses, notes, whether it is a favorite, and its photo if you add one. Each signed-in device also keeps a copy, so caller names show without a network.
SIPdia reads the Contacts app on your device only when you choose Import from Contacts, and keeps only the contacts it imports. Files you import or export stay where you put them.
SpaGreen support staff can see your SIPdia contacts only if their role allows it, only to help you with a problem, and every time they look is recorded.
If you buy SIPdia Premium, you pay Apple. The app and Apple tell our server which plan you bought, when it started, when it renews or ends, whether it is a free trial, and about refunds. We never see your payment card or Apple Account details. We use this to unlock Premium on all your devices and to help you if something goes wrong.
Each time the app starts, it sends our server an ID made for this installation of the app, and the platform (iPhone, iPad or Mac), the app version, the system version, the device model and the language. We use these to show which devices use your account, to tell you when an update is required, and to fix problems with particular versions.
To make and receive calls, the app connects to the SIP server of each account you enter and, if you set them, to an outbound proxy and a STUN server. They receive your username, a proof of your password, the numbers you call and the call audio. Your phone provider or your organization runs these servers, not us, and their privacy policies apply.
To delete data held by your phone provider, contact them.
If this policy changes, the new version will appear in the app and on this page. For questions, use the support link on the App Store page.
