Before you write about a call problem

Most registration and audio problems are solved by the troubleshooting guides. If you still need help, include:

your platform and OS version (for example macOS 15.1 or iOS 18.2);
the server type if you know it (Issabel, FreePBX, Asterisk, provider name);
transport (UDP, TCP or TLS) and whether Encrypt audio is Off, Optional or Required;
the exact error shown on the Account page;
detailed logs from Settings, with SIP passwords and any private numbers removed.

Never send passwords

We will never ask for your SIP password, your Apple or Google password, or a recording of a call. Do not include them in any message.
