Pass a caller to a colleague in one step, or speak to the colleague first and then join the calls. Both work on the Mac and on iPhone and iPad.

During a call, choose Transfer, enter the destination number and confirm. SIPdia asks the server to send the caller there and your call ends. Use it when you know the destination is right and the caller does not need an introduction.
Use it when the caller should be announced, or when you want to check that the destination is available before handing over.
SIPdia performs transfers with the SIP REFER method (RFC 3515), with a Replaces header for attended transfers (RFC 3891). PBXs such as Asterisk, Issabel and FreePBX support both. Some hosted providers restrict REFER; if a transfer fails with an error from the server, that is the first thing to ask about.
A blind transfer sends the caller straight to a number without speaking to the destination first. An attended transfer puts the caller on hold, calls the destination, lets you talk, and then joins the two calls.
Transfer relies on the SIP REFER method, which the server must accept. Most PBXs do; some SIP providers do not allow REFER from a softphone. Ask the provider, or transfer from the PBX instead.
No. Blind and attended transfer are included in the free plan.
You transfer to a number as dialed by the account that holds the call. The destination can be any number the server can route, including extensions on the same PBX and external numbers if the PBX allows it.
Bring the SIP account you already have. The Mac and iPhone apps are in release preparation; download links appear on the download page when each release is live.
